Contains some of London's best shops.BOSC: Turner: "...I met him in Regent Street with hardly a coat to his back or boot to his foot." SCAN: Godfrey Norton told his cab to drive him to Gross and Hankey's in Regent Street (presumably a jewelry store where he could buy a wedding ring), before taking him to the Church of St. Monica on Edgeware Road. HOUN: To see if Sir Henry Baskerville and Dr. Mortimer were being followed, Holmes and Watson followed them after they left 221b. "We followed into Oxford Street and so down Regent Street." ILLU: The attack on Holmes occurred in Regent Street, outside the Cafe Royal. Holmes was carried to Charing Cross Hospital, and afterwards insisted upon being taken to his rooms in Baker Street.
